Welcome to my little corner on the internet. If you have stumbled upon this page by accident and don’t know what the hell this is all about… well, it’s a nerd thing. In a nutshell, I create artwork of airline liveries for use within the Flight Simulator game. Anyone from anywhere in the world can download and install them into their game for free. Depending on type, they can either load them to fly or see them flying in their game as part of the air traffic. See, told ja. It’s a nerd thing. If you’re a FS user, welcome! Have a look around! All the repaints are listed by the aircraft type. The listings contain filename info to help you search for them. Only repaints created officially for AI Groups or modellers are included. To find the rest of my paints, you can do a search for “Phillip Tan” at AVSim or Flightsim’s File Library. If you have any paint request, please use the Comments feature. Do note that it will be treated as what it is, a request. I’m under no obligation to fulfill any request. I’ll try my best to do so though, but a lack of time may restrict what I can whip up. If you would find the time, maybe you could create the Air North VH-ANA Metro.
You did that one already on the DWAI metro but we don’t have the DWAI metro in the WOAI inventory.
I’m working together with David Carter to create 16 australian airlines in woai package format.
David pointed me to you for this repaint since you are involved in the VOZ Scenery package.
I’d might do another call on you when I miss out on something

some years back I once asked a repainter , was it you or Steve Tan family of yours?) to make a repaint for me, I think it was Nok Air. I then vanished from the scenes for almost 4 years, but now I’m back and I would LOVE to repaint. I’m looking for a person to help me get going> I think it’s not easy for me to find a good tutorial for FSX repaints. But if necessary, I would start with FS9 and later try to concert them.
By the way, 24 years ago I lived for about one year in Singapore, after that I moved to Thailand. I’m originally from Switzerland.

I don’t think it was me
… and Tan is actually the world’s most common Chinese surname (other forms include Chan, Chen, Chin, Ting, Cheng) so he’s probably relation 4,000 yrs ago lol. I am also out of the FS scene esp now that AI Aardvark has closed and The Fruit Stand is pretty much on hiatus. I no longer have the time to paint and I probably won’t have time to guide you.
